INTRODUCTION:
So, when most of us hear the word ‘Ladyboy,’ what immediately comes to mind is probably those exotic, super slim, petite, girls from the streets and bars of Thailand, which, I don’t think anyone would debate as the ‘Ladyboy Capitol of the World.’ Well, during the course of this review, I’m going to ask you to suspend that thought for a while and come take a closer look at the equally exotic and erotic Filipino Shemales of PiLadyboy.

“Mabuhay” reads the official welcome on the PiLadyboy front page, which this year is celebrating its 3rd year of bringing the world beautiful Shemales from the Philippine Islands. PiLadyboy is fronted by Aubrey Omega, a sexy Filipino Shemale with a gorgeous smile, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the brains to back up all her beauty! Aubrey helps manage and film EXCLUSIVE content onsite in The Philippines while the actual site is hosted, updated, designed, and run from here in the US. Aubrey has a BS in Nursing and has held many different positions in the technology industry before settling on the Adult Industry as the place to spread her wings and make a career. Personally, although I’ve never met Aubrey, I already like her. I am all for girls who have some ambitions in life and are intelligent as well as sexy!

SITE DESIGN AND NAVIGATION
PiLadyboy has a very simple but very professional appearance with a nice headline banner appearing at the top of all the pages and a linear one column design which makes things very easy to follow. PiLadyboy opts for a rich red background and despite a lot of text, most of the links are very easy to spot and use. There is a small Navigation Bar directly underneath the header which can be easily overlooked (keep this in mind).

One thing I really like about the front pages of PiLadyboy is that they are rich graphically without being slow to load. There are plenty of thumbnailed pictures sprinkled throughout the public pages which allow the casual browser to imagine all the ‘goodies’ awaiting inside the Member’s Area. The site boasts, ‘…over 100 models, 15, 000 photos, 100 videos, and growing…’ and I find it a pretty easy claim to believe given all the pretty pictures! I hate it when a site makes large claims and then has one picture and one video as ‘The Tour.’ It just doesn’t make sense.

The Tour Area of PiLadyboy has been recently reconstructed in May/June 2009, and the results are spectacular! Kudos to the designer and the programmer who have put together one of the best tours on a Ladyboy site I’ve seen. Pretty much every picture in the Tour (and there are lots) are clickable and lead to a larger picture so browsers can really get a ‘close up’ view of a particular Filipino Shemale who catches their eye. For brevity, I’m going to let you TAKE THE TOUR instead of me spouting off about how good it is, but let me just say, it flows well and definitely left me wanting to experience the Member’s Area, which is what a good tour should do.

MEMBER’S AREA
Remember that little Navigation Bar I mentioned up above? Well, I hope you found it because that is your main method of navigating around the Member’s Area of PiLadyboy. Although this is an excellent method of keeping navigation throughout the site in a centralized location, perhaps (and this is rather nit-picky of me I’ll admit) the NavBar could be a little bit bigger.

OK… got that out of the way. Once, you get used to using the NavBar, you’ll find the different sections follow the same linear design as the public pages, which is good since I dislike when a Tour Area is vastly different from the Member’s Area. The Titles of the NavBar are fairly self explanatory with simple names like, ‘Photo Galleries, Videos, Updates, Erotica, etc,’ so I won’t waste time or space going into them. The sections are simple, well designed, and well presented. PiLadyboy also has Member’s Only Forum which appears to be fairly active with Members of the site being allowed to post comments and opinions both negative and positive. Also, Aubrey and a few other Filipino Shemales from the site post to the Forum and answer questions from Members which is very nice and not something you often find on Message Boards.

PHOTO CONTENT
Click on the ‘Photo Galleries’ title on the NavBar and you’ll be taken to a page with thumbnail pictures of all the beautiful Filipino Shemales on PiLadyboy. Come across one that catches your eye and click the thumbnail to be taken to the Biography Page for the girl containing links to all her content on PiLadyboy. Some of the Bio’s have introductions written by the girls themselves while others have been written by a third party. I actually really enjoy these types of pages versus sites that just have a picture and a name as I tend to like to get to know a little bit about the girls I fancy. So, even if it’s just stats, I give a big thumbs up for Bio Pages.

I’ve got to say, PiLadyboy has some truly breathtaking beauties in its portfolio and I’m quite amazed that some of them are not more famous! As far as photo quality goes, as with all sites, the older the gallery, the less quality you’re likely to see. The galleries themselves aren’t really dated so it’s kind of hit or miss but on the whole, most of the pictures are fairly good quality with lighting being a little bit of an issue in some. More recent pictures are quite large and may not display properly on lower resolutions so be sure to crank yours up! One noticeable omission is the lack of ZIP files which most sites these days have as a general practice. Not necessary in my opinion but a nice convenience for those who would rather view the pictures themselves as opposed to using a constructed slideshow program.

VIDEO CONTENT
Videos on PiLadyboy are best browsed directly through the Model’s Biography Page instead of using the ‘Videos’ section unless you want to browse through all the models on the site at once. The Videos section really doesn’t offer you any further information than the Bio Page does and I prefer the centralized location for a Model’s content. I’ve noticed that this has become more and more the trend when it comes to how sites operate and I think it makes more sense that way.

Videos vary in length and quality with some Models having fairly long videos broken into several parts and others having short videos that can be viewed as one download. All videos are in a WMV format and my randomly selected ones were between 50MB and 70MB and downloaded in a reasonable amount of time between 150KB/sec and 240KB/sec. As always, I downloaded several different videos during several different parts of the day for review purposes. I found some of the solo scenes to be very hot and others where the model appeared bored out of her mind so it’s a good thing that PiLadyboy has a large video library as you’ll be more likely to find something to ‘get you going.’

PiLadyboy has only recently begun to add hardcore content to the site, which is a necessary thing in the dog-eat-dog world of Ladyboy porn. PiLadyboy is off to a good start with an incredible reverse gangbang scene that you’ve really got to see to believe. Let’s just say that it kind of shocks you that these adorable, petite, Filipino Shemales can be so aggressive when it comes to a hardcore scene!

With three solid years under its skirt, I hope that PiLadyboy continues to add more excellent hardcore content which will definitely make Members more happy and willing to prolong their stay. Where else are you going to find hardcore Ladyboy gangbang action? Not too many places… believe me, I’ve checked.

The site’s strength lies in its character and that of its main face, Aubrey. If she can continue to deliver great content while maintaining what must be a very busy schedule, I see PiLadyboy as ‘The Little Engine That Could.’ The site already has a remarkable amount of content featuring some of the most beautiful Filipino Shemales in the world and I’m looking foward to watching the site continue to grow.
